Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: Most orders are fulfilled within 24- 48 hours. Once orders leave our facility, delivery is dependent upon your location.
- Standard time for Domestic shipments (orders within the US) typically takes about 2-5 business days not including processing times.
- International Orders to Canada ONLY typically are delivered within 10-14 business days.
- International Orders (to any other Country) can take up to a month to be delivered based off customs and shipping times which are out of our control. We appreciate your patience with these orders.

Refunds and Processing
Do you like to do "strength training" (lift heavier weights, kettlebells, etc.)? If so, how often?
Yes, I definitely mix in strength training into my workouts. During pregnancy, I still do strength training, but I lower the weight and ntensity to be safe.
How many days per week do you like to workout?
I try to workout every other day.
I have a small child so it's hard for me to make time to work out. Do you have any suggestions?
Finding time to workout as a mother is tricky. I find that it's easiest to workout while they nap. Having them play with their toys in your living room while you workout works too! If possible, do your workout outdoors at a park so your kids can run around near you.

I don't have any "exercise" equipment. Do you have any suggestions for alternatives that I might have laying around the house?
Chairs and steps make great alternatives to exercise boxes. Just be sure that the chair is strong and sturdy! The only exercise equipment I strongly suggest buying is a workout mat and dumbbells.
Can you give examples of meals that you typically eat?
- Breakfast 2 scrambled eggs, fruit and slice of toast. I prefer Ezekiel brand bread. Drink Water!
- Lunch Spinach salad with tomatoes, almonds, ½ of an avocado, cucumber, and chicken. For dressing, I like to use light balsamic vinegar. Drink Water!
- DinnerChicken, asparagus, brown rice. Drink Water!
Do you eat 3 meals per day or 6 smaller meals per day?
I eat 3 small meals and snacks in between.
What are you favorite healthy snacks?
Some of my favorite snacks are:
Protein bars, Almonds, Pistachio nuts, fruits such as sliced apples, oranges, berries, bananas, watermelon, hummus, and veggies such as brussels sprouts, asparagus, broccoli, and carrots.
How do you deal with "junk food" cravings?
When I'm eating healthy I don't have as many junk food cravings but I don't see anything wrong with allowing yourself a little bit of a craving as long as you don't make it a habit.
Do you suggest taking any supplements?
Love vitamins!! And before my pregnancy, I loved taking a pre-workout powder.
Do you use any protein powders? If so, what brand and flavors do you suggest?
Yes, I love Protein World. My favorites flavors are Salted Caramel and Strawberry.
Which exercises do you suggest doing during your pregnancy?
I still do the same workouts that I did before, pregnancy, I just lower the weights and intensity to be safe.
Which exercises do you suggest NOT doing during your pregnancy?
I suggest checking with your doctor to make sure you are cleared for exercise.
During pregnancy, do your workouts and intensity change as your pregnancy progresses?
Yes, the further along I am, I use less weight I do less ab exercises.
Are there any foods or beverages that help you with morning sickness?
I wish!! I tried everything!
What do you suggest using to help prevent stretch marks?
I love the body butter from Belly and the Bean specially made for preventing stretch marks during pregnancy.
